Youth Ministry

This group is made up of students, parents, youth workers, and staff that help guide and direct the vision for the Youth programs here at Trinity. The team meets once a month and is open to anyone.

Youth Service

The youth at Trinity are involved in mission projects throughout the year. They regularly engage in short term projects in the community as well as annual service projects. These experiences take the youth to both urban and rural settings such as Baton Rouge, Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago, and rural Tennessee—just to name a few. The youth also serve as student leaders every year during our Vacation Bible Camp.

We offer an exciting variety of Sunday School classes.

Our nursery is a  safe and fun place for children ages 4 and under.

Wednesday Night Programs

Wednesday Night Programs

Wednesday evenings during the school year.

5 P.M. - Students may participate in our Kids for Christ music group, our Children’s choir (K-6th) or Celebration Ringers, our beginning Bell Choir (4th grade and up).  

5:30-6:30 pm—Family Meal (Come and go)

6:30-7:30 pm—Faith Friends (K-4th grades) or GAP aka God’s Awesome Peeps (5th-6th grades).  Both are times of fun, fellowship and Bible learning.

Vacation Bible Camp

Vacation Bible Camp

Vacation Bible Camp meets 9:00-11:30 A.M.  M-F for one week each summer.  We also have other special events throughout the year such as Blessing of the Backpacks, Kindergarten/3rd Grade Bible Distribution, special activities at during Lent and Advent and more!

Cancer Support

2ND WED. / 6:30 P.M.

This group of men and women, survivors and caregivers, offers a safe place for those touched by cancer to share their journey and to be encouraged and supported.

2nd TUES./NOON/TRINITY

This group is a safe place for women to share their cancer journey and to be encouraged. This class is led by Rev. Dr. Kim Biery, Associate Pastor, and all women are invited.

Grief Connections

The Grief Connections support group helps those who are going through the loss of a loved one. Facing grief and working through it can result in newfound peace, strength, and purpose. We have gatherings in the Spring and Fall. Watch for upcoming classes.

Life Lessons is small group that examines a variety of topics including parenting, mindfulness, and finance – among others. All are invited to attend whatever sessions they choose.

Emmaus

The purpose of Emmaus is to develop leaders for the Church.  Emmaus inspires, challenges, and equips participants for Christian action. The group is comprises those who have experienced the Christian retreat called “The Walk to Emmaus."

Rev. Dr. Kim Biery, ​Associate Pastor

Hi, I’m Kim. I am a longtime resident of Hutchinson, where I met my husband, Bud, and we raised our two boys, Kenny and Michael. I have a passion for God’s people. I am the Associate Pastor serving closely with the Senior Pastor to make sure the needs of our church family are met. Everyone’s welcomed, cared for, and celebrated.
